Is there a limit on vendor inquiries?
No! All plans allow you to browse and contact as many vendors as you need. However, Basic and Premium plans get priority vendor matching and direct messaging.
Do you offer refunds if an event is cancelled?
Since our plans are charged per event and give you immediate access to planning tools, we generally do not offer refunds once a premium plan is activated. Please contact support for special cases.
